I have purchased and read books one and two of this series and pre ordered form Amazon twice and they keep pushing the shipping date months ahead. Not happy !! Any comment on this situation. Am anxious to continue the sage.

If it is any consolation, you are not half as frustrated–in the very short term–as the author–but don’t give up :-).
One thing this cowboy has learned is nothing in publishing happens in vacuum. Most series are one, maybe two books per year (Potter, Dove, North and South, CJ Box, and many others). Switching this 3.5 million word series from a sixteen, average 600 plus pages per book, format to more than thirty 300-350 page novels over a seven year period at four books per year is a HUGE undertaking–editing, proofreading, graphics, cover art, printer, distributors, publisher’s other books/authors, web sites, titles, covers, you name it–all needs to be coordinated, precisely so we do meet the three books this year, and four per year beginning 2014. AND, remember, you do have 360 pages of great new series reading material at the stores and dotcoms in just a week(book one July reprint–120 more pages/8 new chapters–released in Kindle format the first week of July–and a #1 best seller yet again everywhere in everything). In fact–looks like amazon might have the print books, along with select BN stores this weekend–and the publishers have their shipment as of days ago–maybe grab one with the 5$ discount promo right here on this site, now!!
And, last and most important, I and the threads west team really appreciate your, and other threads west fans patience while this mammoth labor of love gets fully organized–it WILL be more than worth it, and this cowboy guarantees it (although he is chewing on leather in the mean time :-))!
