SURPRISE NUMBER THREE

This is a BIG one!  Beginning in 2014 – not just two Threads West series books per year, but three and maybe four until the series is complete. That’s right, there are going to be more books than sixteen, but each of them will be easily readable, averaging 300-350+/- pages, and size 12 font to help fading eyes. The July Book One Reprint and then Book Three – Uncompahgre — lead off the new format!  And they will just keep on coming! No more long waits between books; no more 500+ pages to plow through in a single volume. The spacing between releases will shorten, the tempo of novels in your hands will dramatically quicken, and you will be following the characters you’ve come to know, love, vest in, and care about in a steady stream of reading that will continue the tradition of Threads West, An American Saga – winner of thirteen national awards and a number one best-seller in a bunch of categories ranging from Historical Fiction to Romance to Western to Historical Romance, and Family Saga.

You will recognize the characters that live in these pages. They are your neighbors, your co-workers, your friends and family. They are you. They are us. It is not just their story, but it is our story. The ongoing story of us. The adventure and romance of America, her people, her spirit and the West.

Stay tuned right here and on social media for updates on the looming releases of Book One, July 2013 Reprint, and Book Three, Uncompahgre–where water turns rock red. And, of course Book Four, Moccasin Tracks in September/October of this year! Speaking of Moccasin Tracks, wait until you see the cover for that book on Friday!

Keep your ears to the track for Surprise Number Four on Friday — it’s about the Prints for Book Two, Book Three, and Book Four painted by renowned national artist, Debbie Sampson, (all fantastic), and the unveiling of the final cover for Book Four and associated print, “Interlude from Danger”.
